Carlo Bella and Colnaghi present Myth & Metamorphosis, an exhibition featuring 30 watercolors and drawings by Leonor Fini in dialogue with Greco-Roman, Egyptian and African masks. Fini's world of sphinxes, feline priestesses and androgynous seers intersects with African masks, reliquaries and Mediterranean effigies inviting a reading of the body not as a portrait but as a conduit – an instrument of transformation between visible and invisible realms.
Join us for a public opening Wednesday, 13 May, 6-8 pm at Colnaghi, 23 East 67th Street, 4th floor, New York, New York.
